摘要:近年来,由于计算机应用技术的快速发展,国外交直流系统数字化已经达到实用阶段。以微处理器为核心的数字控制系统硬件电路的标准化程度高,制作成本低,且不受器件温度漂移的影响。所以微机数字控制系统在各个方面的性能都远远优于模拟控制系统且应用越来越广泛。本文设计的数字化直流调速系统是用直流电动机作为被控对象,由8031单片机作控制器来实现的。特点是用单片机取代模拟触发器、电流调节器、速度调节器及逻辑切换等硬件设备。本设计进行了硬件设计和软件编程、以及计算机仿真,同时应用在金属切削机上,能够满足现代化生产要求。

The DC Speed Control System Controlled
by Single-chip Computer

ABSTRACT: With the fast development of computer application technology, the digitization of AC/DC speed control system has reached the applied stage overseas. The hardware circuit of digital control system centered by microprocessor possesses the advantages that it has higher standardization and lower cost, and it doesn’t be influenced by temperature drift of devices.So the digital control system is being used widely since its function has exceeded analog control system in every aspect. The digital DC speed control system designed by this paper is composed of DC motor and 8031 single-chip computer, of which the DC motor is used as the controlled object and the 8031 single-chip computer as controller. The system has the characteristic that the hardware devices are replaced by single-chip computer such as the analog trigger, current regulator, rotation regulator, logic handoff, etc. The hardware design, the software program and the computer simulation are completed in the design. As a result, the digital DC speed control system is applied into the metal cutting machine and it can satisfy the needs of modern manufacture.
