摘 要
本文介绍了一种基于PIC16F877单片机的电动机过热及热闭锁保护装置的硬件系统设计。这一设计利用电动机正、负序等效电流实现电动机的过热及热闭锁保护。具有高性价比、高可靠性、智能化等特点。给出了保护动作的模型和算法。系统能对电动机的热过载故障做出准确判断且具有良好的可靠性、重复性,其动作值、动作时间的精度能达到一般工业现场的要求。系统还能与上位管理计算机进行串行通讯。

Abstract
The paper describes the hardware configuration design of an electronic thermaloverload and thermallock protector with PIC16F877 single chip. This design uses a method for microcontroller-based relay of motor thermaloverload and thermallock. This intelligent protector has a high performance-cost ration. Its reliability is improved. The paper gives mathematical model of the protection, discrete algorithm and realizing method based on microcontroller. The protector can make precise judgement to motor thermaloverload and have higher reliability and repetition. The precisions of its action value and action time can meet the need of general engineering application. It also can realize serial communication to the superior computer by RS-232C interface chip.
