“麒和商城”于2011年3月26日在淘宝集市正式运营本,性质CtoC,目前3钻,自2011年12月正式转型销售女性饰品后,经营状况一直处于平稳状态。
本文主要对国内网上商店的发展现状和未来展望进行探讨,并分析了目前国内网上商店所面临的一些问题,并从CtoC购物网站淘宝网店发展的基本条件出发,通过淘宝网店的经营现状、网店特色、网店行业情况及SWOT分析,对“麒和商城”网上商店进行系统综合剖析,使之能尽快找出其快速发展的成功经验与存在的问题。同时还对该网店的营销策略进行分析,通过对其营销推广、Adwords推广、博客营销以及论坛营销的周期效果进行对比,通过选择几种效果较好的推广方式,对于效果不明显的方法加以改进或者寻求新的推广路径,以减少资源浪费,使“麒和商城”网上商店能够利用最短的时间、最低的成本达到最好的效果。这对加快网上商店的发展有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

The results show that the store shopping website from C2C basic conditions, and through the current situation of management, the results show that the shop online features, and online industry of SWOT analysis, "QiHe mall" online stores for comprehensive analysis, the system can quickly find its rapid development of successful experiences and problems. In this shop are also analyzed, the marketing strategy by its own promotion, marketing and promotion, blog how BBS marketing cycles, compared several good method, the method for the effect is not obvious improvement or seek new extension path, in order to reduce the waste of resources, make "QiHe mall" online stores can use the shortest time, lowest cost to achieve the best effect.
