Enhances enterprise's competitive power through the informationization construction to become the majority small and medium-sized enterprises the mutual recognitions. But in the existing facility's foundation, establishes the enterprise internal local area network and connects the Internet, is precisely realizes the enterprise informationization management premise and the basic condition.

The informationization can on the effective shoulder be redundant the work and can strengthen the cooperation, thus the enhancement working efficiency, increases the performance of enterprises. In the existing small and medium-sized enterprise, has the information foundation to be weak generally, technical personnel deficient and so on characteristics, enables them effectively own traditional service and the information system very good union, cannot honor the superiority which graciousness display informationization brings.
