塑料制品在人们日常生活及现在工业生产领域中得到日益广泛的应用。随着塑料工业的发展,社会对塑料制品的需求愈来愈大,尤其是建筑材料中各种管道和接头。如今,pvc(聚氯乙烯)已逐步取代铸铁成为一种较为理想的管道制造材料。它与铸铁相比有质量轻,耐腐蚀,寿命长,成本低,生产率高,制造简单等优点。随着房地产业的发展,人们生活水平的提高,作为一种新兴的建筑材料,它有很广泛的应用前景和市场前景。因此本人在指导老师的建议下选择下水管接头注射模具作为毕业设计的题目,锻炼自己独立分析,解决问题的能力。该产品的主要功能是配合接头螺母连接水池和下水管。该产品的成型模具经分析采用两板式斜滑块侧向分型结构,一次成型两个制件,模具在侧向分型的同时完成制件顶出动作。
本说明书概述了聚氯乙烯的性能和注射成型工艺,具体的分析了制品结构和成型工艺。并重点分析了两板式斜滑块结构的工作原理,特点及成型该产品的合理性,经济性。

Mold Pipeline of Jointing and Syringing
Abstract
Recently, the plastic products have got the increasingly extensive application in people's daily life and the realm of industry and manufacture. With the development of the plastic industry, the demand for plastic products by society is getting increasingly high , especially varied kinds of pipelines and joints of constructive materials .At present ,pvc has gradually replaced cast iron and become ,a kind of ideal material in pipeline production Compared with cast iron, pvc has a lot of merits ,for example, its light in weight, corrosion resistance ,long life span, low cost, high productivity and its simpleness for production ,With the development of the estate and the improvement of people's living standard ,as a kind of newly arisen building material ,it has a bright prospect of application and marketing .In view of this fact and with the suggestion of the tutor , I choose the Mold Pipeline of Jointing and Syringing as the title of my graduation project under the suggestion of the teacher,and meanwhile to try to improve my ability to analyze and solve problems independently. The main function of this article is to work together with the joint screw nut in combining the pond and the pipeline. By analyzing the complete mode of this product uses siding division structure of the inclined slippery piece. It can form two modes at one time .while it makes the siding division, the movement of the crest starts out to make .
This specification summarizes the property of pvc and the technology of syringing into shapement, and it also specifically analyzes the structure of this article as well as the working principle of the structure of the structure of the inclined slippery, its characteristics and the rationality and economic result to put this product into shapement.
