[摘要] 21世纪，信息技术的飞速发展，要求我们要对客户的需求做出快速的反映，只有在最短的时间内满足客户的需求，才能在竞争中保持优势。计算机管理的兴起，在某种意义上，为小企业创造了同大中型企业平等竞争的有利条件。然而，管理水平的差异很可能会虚化这种平等的意义。信息管理系统作为信息应用的一部分，具有与手工管理无法比拟的优点：查找快速，可靠性高，存储量大，保密性高，寿命长等等。这些优点不但极大的提高了管理的效率，也成为一个企业科学化、正规化管理的重要标志。
本系统就是为了企业有更高的竞争力而创作。汽车配件经营企业最主要的就是仓库管理，科学的仓库管理将提高整个汽车配件经营企业的经济效益，并且可以解决仓库材料的频进频出带来的烦恼。本管理系统功能主要有：进出库功能，统计功能，仓库明细账功能（出入库的留底）以及数据的添加、删除和修改功能。

Administrative system of the warehouse
[Abstract] In the 21st century, with the rapid development of the information technology, we must respond to the customer's demand very fast, Only meet the customer's request in the shortest time, could we keep the advantage in the competition .In a sense, the rise of computer management supplies favorable condition for small-sized enterprise to compete fairly with large and medium-sized enterprise .However, it’s very possible to melt this equal significance emptily for differences of management levels. As a part of application of information, the information management system has incomparable advantage compared with the manual management, such as fast searching, high dependability, large storing amount, high secrecy ability and long-lived existence, etc. These advantages not only improve tremendously the efficiency of management, but also become important symbol of enterprise which execute and regular management.
This system is well created to offer the enterprises with high competitive ability. The uppermost system for enterprises running automobile appurtenances is warehouse management, because scientific warehouse management will improve benefit for the whole enterprise. Besides, it can solve the problems caused by the frequent flow .The main functions of this are as follows: passing in and out , statistical function , function of warehouse subsidiary and ledger (keep the material coming in and going out on file), function of adding , deleting and modifying the datum.
