摘要
对LB2000型沥青拌和楼物料提升机进行设计。斗式提升机是沥青混凝土搅拌设备上的重要组成部分,它的主要功能是把粉料从粉料仓提升到一定高度,输送到计量设备。
在斗式提升机设计过程中,主要对斗式提升机主要参数进行确定。确定了提升机型号HT160型。对驱动装置的功率,料斗的大小、容积、型号进行了计算和选型。井筒采用钢板结构螺杆廉洁,井筒采用分体式结构,各筒体之间由螺栓进行联接,这样有利于运输和安装。还包括对斗式提升机井筒长、宽、高的确定。井筒采用密封式结构,防止粉料泄露造成污染。提升机采用圆环链提升。
装载形式为掏取式,卸载的形式为离心式卸载,。在设计过程中参考了其它厂家的产品,对其一些技术进行了优化设计,进行了改进,使斗式提升机降低了噪音,提高了效率。
