摘要:我国改革开放以来,中小企业取得了长足的发展,已经成为推动我国经济健康快速发展的主要力量之一。但中小企业在发展过程中所遭遇的外部和内部问题,却使其缺乏可持续发展能力,比较突出的一点就是企业核心竞争力的偏低。90年代企业核心竞争力理论提出以来,给传统企业战略管理理论造成了强大的挑战,引起了经济理论界和企业界的极大反响,并在实践中显示了其旺盛的生命力。本文通过分析指出:我国中小企业核心竞争力的培育具有重要性,并着重指出从几个方面培育我国中小企业的核心竞争力: 完善中小企业战略管理,培育中小企业的核心竞争力;加强中小企业营销管理,培养核心竞争力;增强中小企业的创新能力;培育中小企业核心竞争力;加快中小企业信息化进程,培育中小企业核心竞争力。

Study on Cultivation of The core competence of Small and
medium-sized Enterprises In China
Abstract:Since the reform and opening-up of our country, small and medium-sized enterprises make considerable development, become the main strength of promoting our country's economy. But the outside and inside problem which small and medium-sized enterprises encounter in the course of developing make it lack sustainable development ability, the key point is the disappearance of competence. Since 1990 the core competence theory forms the strong challenge to the traditional enterprise's strategic management theory. Which have caused the economic theory circle and great response in the business circles, and has shown their vigorous vitality in practice. This text points out through analyzing: the core competence have importance and urgency of our country small and medium-sized enterprises, point out the cultivate of our country key competence of small and medium-sized enterprises from three respect emphatically:Regard key technological innovation as the breach, foster the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises; Strengthen the marketing ability of small and medium-sized enterprises; Structure the effective operating mechanism and environment of the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises. Core competence is unalterable, should be promoted constantly.
