[摘要]电子商务（Electronic-Commerce)是指人们利用电子手段进行商业、贸易等商务活动，是商务活动的电子化、网络化和数字化。 随着Interner的飞速发展，基于Internet的电子商务企业大批出现，使传统会计学面临巨大的挑战，同时也促进了会计理论和会计实务的发展，催生了一种新型会计——网络会计。网络会计是电子商务的重要组成部分,作为网络技术与会计应用相结合的产物,网络会计在发展中面临着一系列问题。网络安全、信息交流等相关问题出现的越来越多，但这不是网络会计发展的阻碍，相反，解决的这些问题就能使网络会计飞速发展。
文章详实地剖析了客观存在的问题,提出了相应的措施。

Abstract:The electronic commerce( Electronic- Commerce) mean that the people make use of the electronics means to carry on the business activities, such as business and trade...etc., ising the business activity electronical, the network turns to turn with numeral. Fly along with the Interner to develop soon, appear according to the Internet the electronic commerce business enterprise large quantity, make the traditional accounting face the huge challenge, also promoted accountancy's theories and accounting practices develop, urge to born a kind of new accountancy- network's accountancy.The accountancy of the network is the importance of the electronic commerce to constitute the part, being the network technique to attend meeting the outcome that account application's combine together, network the accountancy faces a series of problem in the development.The related problem of etc. of the network safety, the information exchanges appear more and more, but this is not the network accountancy the bar of the development, contrary, these problems for resolves can make network the accountancy flies to develop soon.
The article analyzed the objective and existent problem thoroughly, putting forward the homologous measure.
