音像租借管理系统是市场经济条件下，一些大众传播媒介和商家不可缺少的部分，它的内容不论对于媒介和商家的管理者，还是对于用户来说都至关重要。
本系统本着服务大众的思想，从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成音像租借管理中包括音像信息、客户信息的建立，租借、归还处理的记录，音像、客户的新增以及相关数据的统计、查询、修改等音像租借管理的全过程的工作。租赁时分为会员租赁与零租以方便管理。总之，该系统对音像制品的租赁管理实现了规范化，非常适合于中小型音像租赁店的日常工作管理。
