摘 要
本毕业设计为向塘至莆田铁路工程永泰至莆田段XPFJ-10标段隧道施工技术设计。设计以新建铁路向蒲线永泰至莆田段站前工程修改初步设计(供招标用)设计图纸。建设单位组织的标前会议及补遗书、答疑书等有关内容和精神为基础,依据现行铁路隧道施工技术规范,对隧道总体施工组织布置及规划、施工准备、总体施工方案、施工方案方法及工艺、工程质量保证措施、施工安全保障措施和环境保护及水土保护措施等进行设计。隧道主体采用新奥法进行施工设计,初期支护采用锚喷支护,必要时加设辅助支护措施,衬砌型式采用复合式衬砌,并对各工序工作循环时间安排Ⅲ级围岩开挖与支护工作循环时间计算、各工序工作循环时间安排;结合交通量和隧道长度,采用双竖井配合射流风机通风,洞内排水为反坡排水时,采用集水坑分段收集,逐级抽排的方式排出;锚喷支护的关键控制点是混凝土喷射工艺、喷射设备的选型、锚杆设备的选型、成孔工艺及支护时机的把握等;由于隧道围岩地质条件较差,施工中,仰拱要先行,要及早封闭,以利于衬砌结构的整体受力。型钢钢架在洞外按设计加工成型,洞内安装在初喷砼之后进行,与定位锚杆联接。钢架间设纵向连接筋,钢架间用喷砼填平。钢架拱脚安放在牢固的基础上,架立时垂直隧道中线,当钢架和围岩之间间隙过大时要用喷砼填补。系统锚杆在围岩开挖和初喷混凝土后打设,钻孔时确保孔口岩面平整,使岩面与钻孔方向垂直,局部随机锚杆的孔轴方向与可能滑动面的倾向方向相反,其与滑动面的交角大于45°,间距1.0~1.5m,梅花形布置。锚杆注浆后,在砂浆凝固前,不敲击、碰撞和拉拔。严格遵守《建筑施工场界噪声限值》的有关规定,施工前,首先向环保主管部门申报并了解周围单位居民工作生活情况,施工作业严格限定在规定的时间内进行。隧道施工预防坍方首先要做好地质预报工作,掌握地质情况,选择安全、合理的施工方法和制定可靠的保证措施。在施工过程中要做到先排水、短开挖、弱爆破、强支护、快衬砌、勤检查、勤量测,及时处理隐患。应用先进的低噪音设备、改造设备器械声源及传递装置的工艺,控制声源振幅。塌方预防处理及应急预案, 塌方的处理技术措施, 开工前组织全体干部职工进行生态资源环境保护知识的学习,增强环保意识,保证环保工程质量,采取有效措施,使施工过程对生态环境的损害降低到最低程度;文明施工、文物保护。
