客户关系管理是旨在有效改善企业与客户关系的新型竞争理念与管理方法。本文首先介绍客户关系管理的研究背景和意义;通过客户生命周期和客户终生价值两个概念阐明客户对企业的价值,分析讨论客户关系管理的基本内涵、主要内容和三大功能支柱;并从企业的营销、销售、客户服务以及组织等方面分析客户关系管理对企业的影响,指出客户关系管理能提高企业的核心竞争优势。然后,分析讨论客户关系管理系统的基本功能以及数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理系统中的应用,给出了数据挖掘的基本步骤,并结合案例分析数据挖掘在客户生命周期各个阶段的运用。最后针对客户关系管理系统运行成功率不高的现实提出了改造企业文化和成功实施的关键因素,并从管理思想、软件、系统三个概念层次对客户关系管理的理论与方法作了概括。设计部分主要介绍了该系统的运行环境,这是使用ASP编写网页的前提条件,也为阅读以后章节做铺垫。对开发的哈药集团销售客户系统进行系统分析。着重向读者介绍了本系统的设计思路。介绍了本系统的具体实现过程,包括功能介绍及截图。对本系统进行了测试和评估。
