摘要
本文的主要内容是对挤压模具的设计。通过对冷挤压模具设计过程的阐述,详细的说明了冷挤压模具的设计步骤﹑设计要领﹑设计细节﹑与注意事项。重点表述了冷挤压实心件﹑空心件的模具设计。
此件为一个长为428mm,最大外径为64mm,中间还有一30mm深,长为342mm的拉杆。考虑到此制件机加工十分困难,因此,选择挤压工艺来成形此制件。另外此制件的材料为42CrMo,硬度很大。因此,本设计的重点是单位挤压力的计算及校核。还有此制件的长为428mm,压力机开模高度及顶出行程的校核也是本设计的主要内容。
本设计采用冷挤压正挤工艺来成形此制件。
模具作为一种高效快捷的加工工具,在现代工业中得到了广泛的应用并日益完善。随着加工技术的提高和先进工具的应用,模具设计越来越显示其独特的创造性和艺术感。在日益完善的过程中,模具设计保留了其永恒不变的一面,如挤压模具的顶出方式﹑固定方法和上下模结构等。因此,可以利用以前加工的模具的大部分结构,在加上一些成形零部件即可组成一套全新的模具。这便最大限度的节约了模具成本,充分利用了现有的资金。本设计的两个成形工艺就是通过更换凸模来完成该制件。
