内容摘要:21世纪是知识经济的时代,经济实力的竞争更多地表现在人才的培养、争夺、与竞争。人是生产力诸要素中最积极、最活跃、最具主观能动性的因素,人也是企业在日趋激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要保证,在一定程度上甚至起着决定性作用。企业要生存,要搞活,要发展,就必须重视人力资源的开发和利用,重视探索新形势下人力资源管理的新趋势。当今社会 ,人才是一项非常珍贵的资源,在企业竞争中起着关键性的作用。对企业来说,有效的人力资源管理机制的建立将有助于企业保留、吸引和激励人才,从而推动企业发展战略实现。

Abstract:The twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy, the competition of economic strength training, more performance in the contest of talents, and the competition.
