【摘要】在市场经济发展越来越完善的今天,一个企业的成长与壮大靠的不再是单纯的资本与技术的投入,如何使资本,技术以及其他资源充分合理的利用成为企业所考虑的首要问题。作为资源环节中最重要的一块——人力资源,已经不再是作为一种成本来看待,而更多的是把他作为一种突破口,来实现企业的效用最大化。因此,与之相适应的企业人力资源的绩效评估机制越来越被企业所重视,公平有效的绩效评估可以充分的发挥人力在资源利用中所扮演的关键角色,同时也能达到企业各项职能与资源的整合,促进共同的发展。所以,绩效评估旨在起到一种杠杆作用来达到激励的效果,下面将具体的来介绍两者之间的关系。

As the most important resource of a -- human resource, is no longer as a cost to look at, but more is put him as a breakthrough point, to realize the maximization of utility enterprises.therefort, more and the performance eva luation system of enterprise human resources and adapt to the more and more attention by enterprise, fair and effective performance eva luation can give full play to human in the key role in the use of resources integration, also can achieve the functions and resources of the enterprise, promote common development. Therefore, the performance eva luation is to play a leverage to achieve the effect of incentives, the following specific to introduce the relationship between the two.
