食品工程原理实验室中,因为经常会涉及到水,电,以及设备的性能等等,常常容易出现这样或者那样的失误,或者损坏。而维护这个实验室而须要一些基础的机械、化学知识。比如说通水的仪器设备的渗漏,通水设备中的水锈的清除等等。本文介绍了常规实验室维护所需要的详细步骤、所用材料和应该注意的设备的使用事项等。对食品工程原理实验室的维护必须以食品工程原理的相关理论为基础,只有在相关的理论框架内才能使设备保持其设计的初忠,从而使其保持良好的状态,这样才会使我们的科学研究及学习工作更上一层楼。同时,不能只把眼光只盯在妄羊牢补上,应该建立日常设备的维护和使用记录,使维护制度化,规范化。建立日常设备的维护和使用记录还可以把权责分化到个人,这样会使全体员工学生都自觉的参加到维护工作中来。

Abstract
In the food engineering principle laboratory, because usually will involve the water, electricity, and the function etc. of the equipments, usually appear easily thus or so of error, or damage.But support this laboratory but must some basal machine, chemistry knowledge.Convince the instrument equipments of water for example leaking, the clearance etc. of the water rust within a water equipments.This text introduced the detailed step that the normal regulations laboratory maintenance need, the material use and usage items etc. of the equipments that should notice.Must take the related theories of the food engineering principle as the foundation to the maintenance of the food engineering principle laboratory, only then can make the equipments keep the original meaning that it design in related theories frame, thus make it keep the good appearance, would make our science research and the study works been more thus up one floor.At the same time, can't stare at only the taste only at wildly the sheep prison make up deficiencies, should build up the maintenance and usages record of the usual equipments, making maintenance systemize, the norm turn.Establishment usually the maintenance of the equipments and usage the record can also divide personal of powers, thus will make all employee's studentses all attend the maintenance work aware of self.
