【摘要】青岛市纺织服装行业具有悠久的历史和雄厚的基础，是中国近代纺织业的发祥地之一。目前，在全球纺织品一体化和中国加入WTO 的新形势下，青岛市纺织服装企业进入新的发展期。有关人士认为，纺织服装是青岛市传统出口产品，在青岛市出口中占有举足轻重的地位，如何积极调整产品结构，大力培育品牌产品，加大国内外市场开拓力度，发展具有自主知识产权的品牌产品出口，打入服装高端国际市场，是青岛市纺织服装业应该关注的问题。 目前，青岛市纺织服装企业面临着欧美国家频繁对中国纺织品实施限制措施,棉花、化纤、苎麻等原材料以及煤电油运价格上涨，劳动力成本上升，使企业生产本加大等问题。本文分析了青岛市纺织服装业的现状、存在问题，并提出了相应的对策。

The Analysis About Trade Problem of Exporting Textile Clothing in Qingdao

【Abstract】Spinning and weaving clothing profession has the glorious history and the abundant foundation in Qingdao, and it is one of Chinese modern textile industry’s birthplaces. At present, China joined the WTO under the new situation, spinning and weaving clothing enterprise enters the new period. The concerned person believed that the textile clothing is the traditional export product of Qingdao , and it also holds the vital status in the Qingdao exportation, how to adjust the product structure positively, cultivate the brand product vigorously , enlarge the domestic and foreign markets’ development dynamics, develop the product exportation which has independent intellectual property rights, and infiltrate the top clothing international market, which are the concerned matter of the spinning and weaving clothing industry in Qingdao .
In the international business of the city, the concerned person in charge pointed out that the spinning and weaving clothing of enterprise in Qingdao at present is facing the Chinese textile implementation limit measure from the European and the Ameirican ; The price about raw material of cotton ,chemical fiber ,as well as the coal gasoline is rising. This article has analyzed the prensent situation and the existence question of the spinning and weaving clothing industry in Qingdao, and proposed some corresponding countermeasurements.
