摘 要：本文以包钢热电厂220t/h煤气锅炉为研究对象，由于该锅炉主要以高炉煤气作为燃料，所以这与一般的燃煤锅炉有所不同，这也就导致了其自动检测与控制系统的特殊之处。控制系统采用美国FOXBORO公司的I/A series DCS控制系统，可实现汽包水位、汽包压力、过热蒸汽温度和燃烧的自动控制。本文在简要介绍其控制思想及控制系统结构与原理的基础上，重点对燃烧优化控制方案进行了研究。

Abstract: The object of study is the Thermal power plant of Baotou Steel 220t / h gas boiler.This is different with the other general coal-fired boilers , due to its fuel is mainly the blast furnace gas. And that lead to the special points of its Automatic detection and Control system. The control system adopts the I / A series DCS control system of the American FOXBORO Company. This kind of control system can realize the Auto-control of Steam drum water level, Drum pressure, the superheated steam temperature and combustion.This paper based on the Brief introduction of its Control theory and control system structure and principle,then put emphasis on the study of the Combustion optimization control scheme .
