知识转移对企业ERP实施成功的影响

摘    要
　　随着信息科技和网络的蓬勃发展，企业经营环境不断变化，ERP发展成为企业用来连结企业内部价值链的最佳信息系统。ERP实施不仅仅是产品转移和技术转移，更重要的是实施ERP的企业与相关主体之间以及企业内部之间的知识转移。ERP软件供应商和ERP管理咨询公司在把握企业较深层次的行业和管理需求，以及企业内部人员应用ERP系统时对知识转移都存在很高的要求。文章首先介绍了ERP和知识转移的相关概念，其次从ERP实施方之间和ERP实施企业内部两方面分析了企业ERP实施阶段的知识转移，然后分析了知识转移对企业ERP实施的影响，最后给出了促进ERP实施的策略。

ABSTRACT
　　　With the vigorous development of information technology and the network, the business environment is constantly changing, the ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning） developed into the best information system used to link  internal value chain. ERP implementation is not only the product transfer and technology transfer, more importantly, the implementation of the ERP enterprise and related subjects as well as between internal knowledge transfer. ERP software vendors and ERP management   consulting firm in the grasp of corporate deeper levels of industry and management requirements, as well as internal staff ERP system, there are high demands for knowledge transfer. The article first analysis of the concept of ERP and knowledge transfer, theoretical analysis on the concept and implementation of the ERP have a certain understanding of the concept and its influencing factors of knowledge transfer. Second, the article between ERP implementation and ERP implementation knowledge transfer of the internal ERP implementation stage. Knowledge transfer on the basis of process analysis in the process of ERP implementation knowledge transfer behavior of people, knowledge identity and knowledge of the situational characteristics of the three aspects of knowledge transfer to the ERP implementation role, and thus promote the ERP is given on the basis of the above analysis implementation of the stage.
