摘要
本课题主要研究冬季家庭供暖设施的设计,其中包括对供暖房间的耗热量计算以及对热源供暖锅炉设计。在对供暖设施的主体燃气锅炉设计时,运用Pro/Engineer软件对其进行设计,包括对燃气锅炉的各部分零件进行三维造型以及整机装配,最后对主要零件进行工艺设计。燃气锅炉是一种常用的供暖设备,它有燃烧器、换热器、膨胀水箱、水泵和电路板等几部分组成,其设计涉及材料、力学、几何公差、供热等多类知识。以前,对锅炉的设计以手工为主,设计周期长,设计工作效率低,但随着计算机技术的迅速发展,计算机辅助设计和辅助制造技术(CAD/CAM)得到了广泛的应用,采用Pro/Engineer软件可大幅度缩短燃气锅炉的设计周期,降低成本,提高了设计效率和质量,并使设计更加科学。

Abstract
The study of this paper is the design of the warm facilities for the family in winter , it include acquiring the data that consuming calories of the room and design of the warm boiler, including use Pro/Engineer to model every parts of the boiler and fabricate the boiler, and then chose the main parts to design its craft.the warm boiler including burner、Change a hot machine、Inflate water tank 、The water pump 、Circuit board and so on, its design involves many kinds of knowledge such as material, mechanics, Several business trips ,provide warm and so on. Some times ago,the design of warm boiler was finished mostly by manual,the time of design was long and the design efficiency was low,but along with fast development of the computer and information, Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) is been widely used in all areas.According to the general design steps of warm boiler and the result of design,my design can shorten largely the design of warm boiler,reduce cost,improve design efficiency and product quality,and make the design more scientific by using Pro/Engineer soft.
