摘 要：现代物流的最终目标就是使制造企业的物流彻底与企业核心业务分离，使生产企业能够集中资金、人力和物力投入其核心制造领域。我国物流业尚处于发展的初级阶段，在产业政策、组织政策、技术、装备、观念、人才等各方而均待改革提升，因此，政府有关部门应从不同角度关注我国物流产业的发展，并积极研究促进物流产业发展的有关政策。

Abstract: Modern flow industry belongs to the service industry category, because manifested in the modern production, the management characteristic and technical advanced, belonged to modernized the service department, therefore China joined before WTO in the after certain time, the country should bring into line with it the key development the industrial domain, gave the special support and the protection. Therefore, must first make clear the Chinese flow industry present situation and the existence question, strengthens China formulates joins WTO the thing flows the development countermeasure pointed.
