摘要：非正式制度是制度体系不可或缺的构成内容，是正式制度产生、发展和有效运行的前提，是社会资本的核心内容。作为社会资本的非正式制度是决定经济绩效的关键变量，对经济发展具有不可低估的作用。制度演进的内生和渐进特点，使得非正式制度的演化成为经济发展和社会变革至关重要的问题。只有结合包括非正式制度在内的社会资本存量状况，构建促进经济发展的合适社会资本，我国现代化进程才有望取得持续进展。

Abstract: As precondition of the development and effective operation of formal institution, informal institution is the important section of institutional systems. Being crucial content of social capital, informal institution really counts in developing economy.
