摘 要

物流联盟是20世纪90年代后期国际上在第三方物流发展的基础上兴起的物流组织的又一创新。同其他企业战略联盟一样，物流联盟在具有节约成本、促进学习与创新、扩大市场力等自身的优势的同时，也具有较高的不稳定性。
本文首先总结了目前国内外对于战略联盟及其不稳定性的研究情况，对自营物流、第三方物流和物流联盟进行了比较。然后对物流联盟的萌芽、建立、发展直至解体的阶段进行了分析，提出了在物流联盟各阶段与联盟稳定性的关系。在此基础上，对物流联盟建立和运营两个阶段的稳定性进行的研究。在联盟建立阶段，分析了联盟成员的选择和物流联盟类型对联盟稳定性的影响，并利用博弈的方法对联盟成员的策略作了分析，认为联盟成员应当实力相当时物流联盟才会较为稳定。在联盟的营运阶段，分析了影响物流联盟稳定性的因素，运用专家打分法和AHP方法建立了物流联盟稳定性评价模型，最后，还提出了加强物流联盟稳定性的对策，包括选择合适的联盟伙伴，促进联盟文化融合，加强沟通，保持成员实力均衡等。

ABSTRACT

The logistics alliance is another innovation, which had been rising based upon the Third Part Logistics in the late 1990s. The logistics alliance has the same characteristics as other strategy alliances in saving the costs, promoting innovation and enlarging the markets. Meanwhile, it has higher instability.
In this paper, the author first concludes the researches upon the strategy alliances and their instability both domestically and abroad. Comparison is also made among the Enterprise-run Logistics, the Third Part Logistics and the logistics alliance. Then the author analyzes the different procedures in the development of the logistics alliance, and states the relationship between each procedure and the stability of the alliance. Based upon this, the stability of two procedures, the establishment and the operation of the logistics alliance, is researched in the paper. In the establishment procedure, the effects of the choice made by the alliance member and the logistics alliance types towards the stability are analyzed. Game theory is used to analyze the decision of the members, and the author finds that the alliance will be stable when the strength of the members is equal. In the operation procedure, the factors which affect the alliance stability are analyzed. Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to make a module of evaluating the alliance stability. Finally, the countermeasures, like choosing appropriate cooperators, promoting the cultural adaptation, emphasizing communication and maintaining the balance of the members' strength, to strengthen the alliance stability are also stated.
