摘要：我国是全球最大的纺织品生产和出口国，我国的纺织品因价格低廉具有很强的国际竞争力。我国纺织品行业的工艺、技术设备差，因而以技术创新为主要特征的核心竞争力不足。由于种种原因我国纺织品的比较优势正渐渐弱化。不平等的贸易条款、人民币升值及贸易壁垒更为我国纺织品的出口带来变数。要使我国纺织品出口充满活力，我们的政府就要加强行业引导，规范市场秩序；加大科技投入，突破技术难题；完善相关技术标准和纺织品出口贸易磨擦预警机制；积极参与国际纺织品贸易规则的制定，为我国纺织品出口创造良好的贸易环境。企业要加强技术、品牌、产品、产业和组织创新，以提高产品的核心竞争力；寻求投资、市场和产地的多元化，以规避贸易风险；要加强行业自律，不要搞“内战”；要学会利用规则保护自己的利益。

The Key Problem Facing China Textile Export And The Countermeasure
Abstract: Our country is the biggest textile producing and exporting country in the world. Because of its cheap price, our textile have strong international competition ability. The craft and technique equipments of our country textile enterprise is bad, as a result with the technique is creative for the core competencies of the main characteristic shortage. Because of all kinds reasons, the comparative advantage of our country textile become weaken gradually .Inequitable trade terms ,rising of RMB and trade barrier even brings the variable for the textile export. To make our country textile product exported vibrant, our government must enhance the profession leading, norm market order; Enlarge technology devotion, break the technique hard nut to crack, Perfect the related technique standard , establish the early-warning mechanism with the textile product export trade, participate the regular establishment in international textile trade positively to create for our country textile trade a good environment. The business enterprise must enhance the technique, brand, product, industry with organizes creative, to increase the core competencies of the product;look for diversified investment, market and producing place to evade trade risk; enhance the profession self-discipline, do not make the " civil war";learn to make use of the rule to protect self-interest.
