摘　要：起重机在使用过程中，由于种种原因，造成大车啃轨、传动机构零部件损坏等一系列不良现象，严重影响正常使用，为了确保起重机的安全作业，现根据承钢公司提钒炼钢一厂天车常见的啃轨现象,从车轮、轨道、运行不同步等主要方面进行分析,提出改善天车车轮啃轨的解决措施,以确保天车的安全平稳运行。

Abstract：Crane in the process of using, because of various reasons, cause a big car gnawing rail, the transmission mechanism parts are damaged and a series of unhealthy phenomenon.Seriously affect normal use, in order to ensure that the crane safe operation. According to ChengGang company the steel company of vanadium refining factory crane common rail gnawing phenomenon, from the wheel, track, operation synchronization main areas are analysed, and put forward to improve crane gnaw rail solutions, to ensure the safety of crane running smoothly.
