计算机辅助教学(Computer Assisted Instruction简称CAI)越来越受到教育界青睐。多媒体教学正逐渐成为一种新型的现代化教学方式，它通过计算机实现文字、声音、动画等多种媒体的合一，为学生提供一个崭新的学习环境，为提高教学效率和质量创造了条件。
本论文论述了多媒体教学系统在工程制图教学中应用，并完成了多媒体课件的设计，详细介绍了该课件的组成、制作技术及设计思想。
为了提高效率，在多媒体课件制作中，同时使用了多种软件进行开发，其中包括Flash MX2004、Photoshop、CorelDRAW等。本文重点介绍运用Flash MX 2004软件进行动画制作。
最后，本文对多媒体教学的未来发展进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
Along with the development of the computer technique, the application of the multimedia is more and more extensive. And it's important application field which is Computer Assisted Instruction is more and more favorable by education group. Multimedia instruction is becoming a new type of Modern teaching measure.
The purpose of this article is to illustrate the application of multimedia instruction system in the field of engineering cartography instruction and to show in details about the constitution， processing techniques and designing ideas with the completed multimedia courseware.
In order to improve efficiency, the courseware is composed with the help of many kinds of software, such as Flash MX2004、Photoshop、CorelDRAW.The key poit of this thesis is that how to use Flash MX 2004 to make the animation .
Moreover, the future of multimedia instruction is discussed.
