本文是根据商丘职业技术学院需求情况设计开发的学生信息管理系统，协助教务管理人员完成学生管理任务，并提供数据分析功能。本文详细论述了系统开发的全过程、软件的结构及软件开发的基本思想和方法。
本文采用了结构化生命周期法开发，其主要特点是采用动态数据库管理技术实现对不同时间入学的学生进行分别管理。
本系统是利用VB6.0语言进行开发的。它替代了原先人工分析工作，大大提高了质量和工作效率，减轻工作人员负担，而且它的使用是面向普通用户的。
