摘 要
   

校园智能路灯是为在满足需求的情况下节约能源而设计的,其中最重要的问题是设计有合理的控制系统,要有足够敏捷的应变能力。全国各地高校为电力方面支付了高额的费用,原因有很多,主要是由于设计或管理不够合理浪费了很多的电力资源,还有就是现有的照明设备没有做到很好的规划。在理论研究和实地考察实验的基础上,对校园智能路灯进行了实时在线巡回监测与控制系统的设计和研制。在不影响路灯正常工作的情况下对其进行节能研究有着重要的意义,从各个可以节能的角度,且在设备成本不能过高的前提下设计出符合实际的智能控制系统。探讨在线测量,思考和计算设计控制系统当中要运用到的理念与数据,基本做到了“按需控制”的目的,节约电力资源和保护路灯。减少了“全夜灯”、“后夜灯”、电灯在后半夜的高电压状态下工作的情况,这样不仅节约了电能资源,而且还保护了电灯,延长了其使用寿命。
   
正目前,学校路灯有些是全夜灯也有些是后夜灯,基本上是人工控制,劳动强度大,繁琐,由于工作人员开启或关闭路灯不及时,造成不方便路人与浪费用电的现象时有发生,于是,设计并研制性能价格比较高的校园智能路灯控制系统很有必要。由于校园路灯分布范围很宽、很广,校园各条道上路灯的监控和管理并不是那么的容易,基于传感器能及时响应和软件的基础上,根据外界的条件感应器会有相应的动作,由每个路灯中的传感器将准确数据通过有线数传输模块发送给控制模块,控制模块再根据要求作出相应的响应动作,及时可靠的开关方便经过的人或者汽车也节约能源。管理人员在控制室就可以很轻松就做好管理校园路灯的工作,实现校园路灯自动化、智能化。

ABSTRACT

Campus intelligent street lamp is for the demand of circumstances to save energy and design, one of the most important questions is designed to have a reasonable control system, want to have enough dexterity capability. Colleges and universities all over the country for the electric power aspect pay a higher costs, many reasons, is mainly due to design or management unreasonable waste a lot of power resources, there's the existing lighting equipment do not very good plan. In theory research and on-the-spot investigation based on experiment, the campus intelligent lamps and real-time on-line circuit monitoring and control system design and manufacture. This does not affect the normal work under the condition of the lamps on the energy saving is of great significance to the study from various angles, and can be energy-saving equipment cost too much on the premise of design that meets the actual intelligent control system. Explore online measurement, thinking and calculating design control system of to apply the concept and data, basic did "on-demand control" purpose, saving electricity resources and protection of the street lamp. Reduce the "whole night light", "after night light", lights in the high voltage condition after midnight, such not only work to save electricity resources, but also protect the electric light, extend its service life.
   
Is now the school is whole lamps some night light is some are after night light, basically be artificial control, labor intensive, trival, because the staff open or close street lamp is not seasonable, inconvenience passers-by and waste electricity phenomenon occurs frequently, and hence, design and development performance price higher campus intelligent street lamp control system is necessary. As the campus lamps distribution a wide range is very wide, campus road lamps of various monitoring and management isn't so easy, based on sensor timely response and software, based on the outside conditions sensors will have corresponding action, by every street lamp of multisensor data accurately by cable several transmission module sent to control module, control module again according to requirement make corresponding response action, timely reliable on-off convenient pass or car also save energy. Management personnel in the control room can easily do management of campus and to realize the campus lamps, automatic and intelligent.
