摘要:本文论述了一个有QoS保证的IP TV构架,在网络层它提供了一个具有多QoS机制的IP TV网络体系结构,在控制层实现了用户业务应用动态QoS指配和动态QoS调节,在管理层,实现网络资源的QoS规划和改造,以及IP TV业务的QoS规划。它可以克服目前已经存在的IP TV QoS实现机制的缺点,为用户的IP TV业务应用提供QoS保证,最后通过原形系统验证了提出构架的优点。

Abstract: In this paper, we address an QoS architecture on IP TV, in network layer, it provides a IP TV network system architecture with many QoS mechanisms, in control layer, it implements active QoS provision and adjusting to user service application, in management layer, it implements QoS plan and reconstructing to network resource, and QoS plan to IP TV service. It can surmount the disadvantages of the other QoS mechanism, and ensure QoS for user IP TV service application. Simulation result well verifies its merits.
