创业，即是一种形式的就业，通过创建一个项目或由本人或事业自身的一些企业的生产和服务的公司。创业学的诞生在缓解就业压力，转变经济发展方式中起着重要的作用。在知识经济的背景下，大学生掌握科学和技术应该成为创业者。然而，根据本研究中心在清华大学创业研究，对那些参加企业家活动只占1%的毕业生的学生数，远低于发达国家水平（40% - 50%）的成功率。3% - 5%是高度低于发达国家的平均水平（20%）。党的第十七会议已经明确告知“战略，以创业促进就业”。因此，在创业的现实问题进行深入的研究是迫切的，它在寻找工作起到了积极的作用。
1 在创业存在的问题
从不同的侧面的政府和人民的努力之后，我们已经改善创业环境的大学生很多但在创业活动，此外，资金和政策支持，一些深层次的问题需要亟待解决的。一些如下表:
1.1 地方政府没有明确的意识
作为创业的重要主体，政府起着重要的作用。然而，政府本身支持创业企业可能是政府的负担，因为它将花费大量的财政资金。对一些错误理解的理由，在实施过程中，有些人只是强调面部是不可避免的。事实上，先进的技术和服务领域的大学生创业总是中心。提高创业将优化产业结构。在这一部分大学生创业不仅是就业问题，也是转变经济发展方式的需要。因此，各部门要统一思想，提高认识，加强支持创业水平。
1.2 政策支持低可用性
通过多年的研究和实践，各地区都设立了一系列政策措施，支持创业活动。从行业获得的金融支持，以及从行政审批的人才培养，全面的优惠政策，为创业活动提供了一个良好的环境。另一方面，大学生创业有风险，其输入和输出都是高水平的不确定性。因此，地方政府的主动性不高，导致政策执行的效率。所以很少有学生创业者可以获得优惠政策的支持.
Abstract: Entrepreneurship of college students plays an important role in lessening the pressure of employment and changing the way of economic development .In this article, there is a specialized analysis on the problems which exist in the march of entrepreneurship. Furthermore, integrated with the advanced experiences in the developed countries, we have made some constructive suggestions, which are no doubt of significance for improving the situation of entrepreneurship for college students in China.

Entrepreneurship, namely, is a form of obtaining employment through founding a project or a company with the production and service by oneself or undertaking some business by one's own. The birth of the entrepreneurship plays an important role in releasing the pressure of employment and changing the way of economic development .On the background of knowledge economy, college students who master the science and technology should become the subjects of the entrepreneurship. However, according to the investigation of the Research Centre on Entrepreneurship in Tinghua University, the number of the students who participate in the activities of entrepreneur just occupies 1% in graduates, far bellow the level of developed countries (40%-50%).The success rate 3%-5% is also highly bellow the average of developed countries (20%).The Seventeenth Meeting of Communist Party have definitely inform the strategy of “using entrepreneurship to promote the employment”. Therefore, in-depth research on the realistic problems during the entrepreneurship is urgent, which plays a positive effect on finding jobs.
1 Problems exist during the entrepreneurship
After the efforts of government and people from different sides, we have improved the entrepreneurship environments of college students a lot But in the activities of entrepreneurship, besides, the capital and policy support and some in-depth problems require to be solved urgently. Some are expressed as follows:
