日本在60年代便提出:“工业设计立国”。且许许多多成功的企业家、学者、政治家,都惊异与工业设计的巨大能量,并对工业设计师的生活充满了无尽的向往。工业设计为何有如此魅力呢?这就涉及到了工业设计与产品、企业、市场的关系。但在阐述工业设计与产品、企业、市场的关系之前,我想先说一下产品、企业、市场之间的关系,这是很有必要的。产品、企业、市场三者的关系,很像技能,人与社会三者的关系。人需要在掌握了丰富而且全面的技能后,通过一定的机制利用技能去实现自身价值,创造社会价值,并使这种价值得到社会公众的认可,从而在社会中建立起自己的形象存在。哪什么是市场呢?其实市场是一个商品化的社会。也就是说,市场只是社会的一个组成部分。它是以追求利润的最大化为根本目的的社会。在这样的社会中,只有实现了最大的商业利润,才是成功的,才能建立起自己的形象,而最终被社会所认可。企业要在这样的社会中生存,企业就需要合理的利用自身掌握的资源,在良好的企业管理机制下,创造出自己的核心产品,并向社会推销自己的产品,使自己的产品既为企业实现最大的利润,又为社会创造最大的社会效益。从而得到社会公众认同,树立企业自身的良好形象。由此可见,产品在企业中特殊的重要地位是不言而喻的。工业设计的真正目的是创造产
