08年的奥运会不仅体现了中国人的风采，也让中国人体会到了英语的普遍性和学习英语的必要性。众所周知，英语是一种在世界上使用最广泛的语言。英语是我们了解国外的知识工具，也是国际合作的桥梁。中国自上世纪改革开放以来，就重视英语教学，并把它作为中学阶段的一门重要课程。英语也进入了农村中学甚至小学的课堂。自奥运会以来，学生对英语学习的积极性高涨，这使我深深感受到如何引导学生学好英语非常必要。著名的心理学家布鲁纳说过：”学习的最好刺激是对所学教材的兴趣”，”兴趣将直接影响学习的效果”。作为教师，在教学中怎样才能更好地培养出学生学习的兴趣昵?总结这几年来的教学工作，以及对学生做的调查，觉得以下几点比较重要：

It is known that English is the most widely used in the world. English is the tool for us to learn foreign knowledge as well as the bridge of international cooperation. China has attached great importance to English teaching since reform and opening up of last century and regarded it as an important lesson in middle school. English also has entered countryside middle school classroom, even primary school. Students’ enthusiasm of English learning has run high since Bei Jing Olympic game ,which makes me feel the significance of how to induct students learn English well. Bruna, a famous psychologist, once said “the best stimulation of learning is having a intensive interest for the textbook learnt.” “Interest directly affects the learning result.” As a teacher, how to cultivate students’ interest in English learning
