ABSTRACT
In ride comfort research, it is important to simulate the vibration of automobile on uneven road. To build a more accurately model, the nonlinear factors should be taken into consideration. In this paper, an uneven road with certain auto-PSD is generated in MATLAB software.In ADAMS software, a 126-DOF nonlinear ride comfort model is constructed and simulated on this irregular road. The results of simulation are converted into frequency domain, and compared with those of road tests. This method of ride comfort research is proved to be reliable and feasible.
INTRODUCTION
Ride comfort is one of the most important performances of vehicles. Simulation is a useful way for ride comfort research. When a vehicle is running on an uneven road, it will vibrate due to the irregularity of road. The transference of this vibration through suspension, body and seat to the human body is often studied in frequency domain according to the assumption that the vehicle is linear system. Given the road PSD (Power Spectral Density) and the transfer function matrix of the N degree of freedom model of linear vehicle system, the PSD and main square root of the response can be worked out by random vibratio

在乘坐舒适性的研究中,做汽车在不平路面的振动仿真是非常必要的。为了建一个更加接近实际情况的仿真,必须考虑到非线性因素。在这片论文里先在MATALAB软件中已经建立了确定功率谱密度的不平陆面模型。在ADAMS软件中建立126自由度的研究乘坐舒适性的非线性汽车模型并在已建好的路面模型中仿真,仿真结果转化为频域并与路面测试的结果对比。这种研究乘坐舒适性的方法被证明是可行的。
