改造中应注意的一些技术问题
（1）高压变频调速凝结水泵运行时上水调整门打开，利用改变凝结水泵的转速调节除氧器水位造成凝结水压力较低，最大不超过2.8MPa。运行中凝结水压力随负荷降低而下降，为了保证其它设备所需凝结水的压力，所以凝结水母管压力低联锁值应重新整定，但不能太低。例如设定变频调速系统的最低转速为30Hz（变频器最低转速设为750r/min）。
（2）变频凝结水泵变频运行时，凝结水至除氧器副调节阀全开，主调节阀全关，所以凝结水母管压力最低低至0.85MPa。为了保证定速凝结水泵低水压不动作（工频运行时定值为1.8 MPa），将定值修改为低于0.6MPa，联动备用泵，母管压力0.7 MPa时热控光字牌报警。变频器跳闸，系统发出12s脉冲信号，将除氧器水位总手操指令由50％减至20％，对应副调节阀开度约在43％左右，其它热控保护不变。
