摘 要：随着经济体制和经济结构的巨大变化，我国的中小企业取得了突飞猛进的发展，成为国民经济高增长中一支不可或缺的力量。然而，诸多原因和多种矛盾的交织，中小企业经营和发展遇到了各种各样的困难。本文从中小企业的发展现状入手，分析了其发展中存在的一些问题，并着重对这些问题提出了具体解决思路，旨在为中小企业发展提供一些参考意见。

Abstract：Along with the great variety of the economic system and the economy structure, the medium small business enterprise of our country has obtained a great development,it become the necessary part in high growth of national economy .However, with many reasons and various antinomy mixed, the medium small business enterprise met various difficulties in management and development.This text commences from the development present condition of the medium small business enterprise, analyzed some problems of develops of medium existent, and emphasized to put forward to resolve the way of thinking in a specific way to these problems, the aim is in for to provide some reference opinions to the small business enterprise develops.
