摘要:拉刀的结构复杂,数据繁多,普通的设计方法存在重复性劳动,标准程度低、周期长等缺点,所以用CAD设计拉刀具有重要意义。
   本文主要是用VBA对AutoCAD进行二次开发。首先选择分层式拉刀,再选择出容屑槽的形状和种类,其中容屑系数K与被拉削的材料和切削厚度有关。不同的材料和厚度会造成K值的不同。接着输入数据,用公式计算出切削余量。保证加工表面达到规定的尺寸精度和表面质量、拉刀有高的耐用度和寿命和拉刀的高生产率。再对拉刀分屑槽进行设计,分别用公式计算出分屑槽宽、分屑槽的个数。然后就是拉刀的校核模块,计算出同时工作齿数,拉刀同时工作齿数最好介于3-7之间保证同时工作齿数在3-8齿以内。同时工作齿数大于8时,会使冷却润滑不充分,易使拉刀刀磨损或拉刀折断。最后校核拉刀强度和拉床拉力,当拉刀直径叫较大时,拉刀强度较大,使用时通常不用验算强度。当拉刀直径较小,使用条件改变时,应按计算公式进行强度验算。为了保证拉刀正常工作,拉刀危险断面初的应力必须小于拉刀材料的许用应力。其中计算所得到的拉削力,必须小于拉床的实际拉力。输出校核结果。通过以上结果表明使用CAD设计拉刀可以提高拉刀的质量。

   This article is mainly used for VBA for AutoCAD second development. Different material and thickness diversity that can bring about K value. Proceed to import a data , use formula to secretly scheme against out the cutting margin. Mark of crumbs slot carries out design on the broach again , uses formula to calculate out the number being allotted crumbs slot width , being allotted the crumbs slot respectively.
