摘要：源自美国的金融危机愈演愈烈，来自大洋彼岸的“寒风”给中国的经济发展带来了严峻的挑战。如今，美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机正涿步演变成一场全球经济危机。在经济发展全球化的时代背景下，中国是没有办法置身事外，南昌作为中国中部一个有着450万人口的省会城市，世界经济发展形势的变化，对其有着重要的影响。
　　　本文在大量的实证资料基础上对南昌经济形式给以分析，借助权威调查报告，整理、分析南昌经济在当今国际、国内经济发展形式下的现状和趋势。为更有针对性和实证意义，本文以南昌农业工业与服务业以及就业等方面为分析对象，从南昌面临的宏观微观环境以及挑战论述南昌的经济发展现状，通过对南昌经济的调查分析，提出问题并探讨可行的优化方案。南昌应探索自己的经济发展道路，不应一味去学习模仿东南沿海城市，那些并不一定都适合南昌，南昌应把自己发展成东南沿海城市的后勤基地。在调查研究的基础上，本文对南昌经济发展存在的问题进行分析总结，为应对南昌经济发展面临的挑战提供客观的参考。
