Abstract: Similar to engineering materials used in civil engineering, aerospace engineering and other applications, an asphalt concrete also suffers from fatigue cracking due to a cyclic loading conditions on the road, which results in a decrease of the stiffness and the strength. The self healing capability has been investigated widely due to its unique contribution to the recovery of the stiffness and the strength from cracking and then to extend the service life of asphalt pavements. In this paper, general concepts of self healing and self healing asphalt concrete were introduced. Then, the parameters that influence the self healing capability of the asphalt binder and asphalt concrete were discussed.Inspired from other self healing materials, the possibilities of applying microcapsule self healing system in asphalt concrete were investigated in detail.

摘 要:类似于工程材料用于土木工程、航空航天工程和其他应用,沥青混凝土同样也运用遭受疲劳开裂由于循环加载条件下的公路,这导致了刚度和强度的降低。由于其独特的修复刚度和增加抗击强度的能力,然后延长沥青路面的寿命,自我修复能力已被广泛研究。这篇文章主要介绍了自我修复的总体概念以及沥青混凝土的自我修复的工艺。同时也对影响自我修复能力的粘合剂和沥青混凝土的参数进行了讨论。设计灵感来自其他自我修复的材料,应用微胶囊自我疗愈系统的可能性在沥青混凝土进行细节。
