摘 要
随着科技信息的进一步发展,多媒体技术特别是影视后期制作已经发展达到一个前所未有的高度,现代的影视后期技术已经成为影视广告与宣传片制作中不可忽视的力量之一。电脑技术制作呈现出无所不能的威力,如Premiere、After Effects。而这些技术也毫不例外地运用于广大宣传片的制作中。
美食宣传片就像一张艺术化的美食名片,综合运用图像、音乐、声音、文字等多种元素,全面地介绍建德美食。因为动态而更具有煽动性,比平面媒体要丰富和翔实得多。
本文主要从不同视角来分析影视后期对宣传片的影响和作用,并通过后期技术的发展方向,来畅想未来宣传片的发展。并且主要写了理论分析和主体设计说明,主体设计主要陈述了设计思路和制作方法,以及制作过程遇到的问题及解决方法,并且附上了本短片的配音稿。制作软件截图与文字说明相结合详细阐述了建德美食宣传短片的制作方法。解释了其中元素的选择的原因和一些特别注意的事项,最后总结了经验和教训。

ABSTRACT
Along with the further development of information technology, multimedia technology, especially the film and television post-production has developed to an unprecedented height. The modern post-production technology of film and television has become one of the powers that can not be ignored in movie and TV advertising and promo productions. Computer technology creation has shown its omnipotent power, such as the Premiere and After Effects. With no exception, these techniques are used in making advertising videos.
Food advertising videos are like artistic food name cards. They comprehensively use images, music, voice, text and other elements to introduce the delicious food in Jiande. Because they are dynamic, they are more incendiary, which are more abundant and informative than print media.
This article mainly analyzes the influences and effects of the post-production of film and television on advertising videos from different angle of views. Meanwhile, through the development direction of the post-production technology, this paper imagines the future development of advertising videos, and it mainly writes the theoretical analysis and the subject design. The subject design mainly states the design ideas and production methods, as well as the problems in the production process and the solutions. Then attach the dubbing draft of this short film. This paper uses screenshot software combined with explanatory notes elaborate the method of making the food advertising videos. And it explains the reason for the choices of the elements in it, and some special attentions to matters. Finally, it sums up the experiences and lessons.
