摘要:万维网上非结构化、异构、海量的信息资源给人们寻求合适的信息造成了困难。搜索引擎、个性化搜索工具及其他相关技术的使用一定程度上缓解了这个问题,但在面对人们长期的、系统的知识获取需求时,它们所起的作用相对有限。本文首先分析了人们通过万维网求知的一般过程, 然后根据一个系统的设计、实现讨论了能有效协助用户万维网求知的具体相关技术,并在最后阐述了这个多用户协作的万维网知识获取系统的整体框架及其特点。

Abstract: A mass of unstructured, heterogeneous information resource on the WWW challenges people a lot when they seek required information. Search engines, personal search tools with related technologies alleviate the trouble some extent. But confronted with the needs of long-term, systematic knowledge acquisition raised by some certain users, they reveal limited functionality. Here we analyze the user’s general process of knowledge acquisition via WWW and discuss the related technologies that help this process. We then talk about the multi-user based model we made to facilitate WWW knowledge acquisition.
