——Refractive Index in Biological Tissue Optics
摘要
本文就生物组织折射率的意义进行了论述,引入一个表观的具有平均意义的参量作为生物组织折射率用于描述光在不同组织分界面上的行为以及光在组织内传播的时间特性;提出了测量生物组织折射率的前提条件和几种新的测量方法并评价了这些方法的优劣性;接着,给出了典型组织折射率在不同环境条件下的测量结果,同时进行了分析和讨论,形成的结论可以对生物组织折射率性质有初步的认识. 组织光学是一个光学与生命科学相互交叉相互渗透的新兴研究领域,其根本任务是为医用光子技术的发展提供理论基础它是组织光学研究的基本内容;同时评述了现有光传输理论,如漫射近似,Monte Carlo 模拟等的优缺点及适用条件,探讨了处理实际光传输问题时近似理论的合理选择问题。

Abstract
The senses of refractive index in biotissue are discussed an apparent index of refraction, or average spacial refractive index as an additional basic optical parameter of biotissue in authors' opinion, has to be introduced to solve various boundary and temporal problems. The prerequistite conditions to measure the refractive index of biotissue are presented. After several measurement methods reviewed, themeasurement result of typical refractive index of biotissue are provided in various environment conditions. Tissue optics is a rapidly expanding field of great interest to those involved in the development of optical medical technologies. In this review , the basic problem of Tissue optics —“light transporting in biological tissues”is discussed and all kinds ofmethods are analyzed , which are used to deal with light transporting in biological tissues. After then, relative merits and servicecondition of all kinds of methods in existence are presented. Finally, how to select an appropriate method for practicalproblem isalso discussed. The analyses and discussions are provided from which the properties of refractive index of biotissue can be obtained.
