摘 要
发电机密封油系统做为汽轮发电机组中一个主要系统,如果运行不稳定,将造成漏氢或发电机内部进油的情况发生,同类型机组甚至出现着火的事故。
许昌电厂2×210MW汽轮发电机组在新机组试运初期,由于对密封油系统故障分析不彻底,连续多次解体检查平衡阀,增加了运行、维护劳动量,但是效果并不明显。通过运行专业进行数据采集,对发电机密封油系统温度、压力、油箱油位、平衡阀异常情况详细记录,进行科学的逻辑分析与推理,准确判断出设备故障,为检修工作指明了方向,大大降低了检修劳动强度,提高工作效率,确保了机组安全、稳定、经济运行。同时为国内同类型机组运行及维护起到一定的借鉴作用。

Analysis and Preventive measures for the Abnormalities of Turbo Generator Sealing Oil System
Abstract
Generator sealing oil system for turbine generator unit of a main system, if the operation is not stable, will cause the hydrogen leakage or generator internal oil inlet condition occurs, the same type of unit or even fire accident.
The Xuchang power plant 2 210MW turbo-generator in trial operation of new unit early, due to the sealing oil system fault analysis is not thorough, successive inspection balance valve, increased operation, maintenance work, but the effect is not obvious. By running the professional data collection, to the sealing oil system of the generator temperature, pressure, oil tank level, balance valve anomalies recorded in detail, undertake scientific analysis and logic reasoning, accurate judgement of equipment fault, for overhaul job points to clear direction, greatly reduces the labor intensity of maintenance, improve work efficiency, ensure the safety, stability of unit, economic operation. At the same time for the same type of domestic plant operation and maintenance play a certain reference role.
