摘要:本文以韭兰为材料,对植物染色体常规压片,去壁低渗法制片技术、染色效果进行了比较。实验表明:去壁低渗法获得细胞和染色体都较分散,Giemsa染色使得背景与材料的对比度较大,便与观察。不足之处在于去壁低渗过程中,时间特别不易掌握,耗材多,且成功率较低。染色体容易丢失、形态也不太理想。常规压片耗材少,成功率较高,但不易做分带制片。
