摘 要
本设计来源于X X 市纯净水有限公司，旨在提高公司的整体运营效率和客户满意度，以适应公司发展的需要。系统设计并实现了系统操作员权限分配、客户管理、产品管理、区域划分、定单管理、消毒管理、信息查询分析等功能，解决了以往客户的水号管理不规范、单人操作系统处理业务慢、客户消毒不及时、操作员权责不清晰等问题，具有客户定单编号自动生成，信息查询分析生成动态图表以辅助决策的特点。系统采用B/S三层结构开发，使用JAVA作为开发语言，SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库，Tomcat做Web服务器。设计说明书就课题调研、系统分析、设计、开发、测试、安装配置和使用说明做了详细论述。

Abstract
The design comes from Tangshan water purification Ltd., aimed at enhancing the company's overall operate efficiency and customer satisfaction, to adapt the development needs of the company. Systems design and realized many functions like: system operators roles distribution, customer management, product management, page ranges, orders management, disinfection management, information analysis and enquiries and so on. Settled the number of water management. is not standardized, single operating system with business slowly, customer disinfection is not timely, operators responsibilities unclear .etc. The system can automatic generate customer order’s number, and information analysis and enquiries function of this system can help the manager makes a better decision. System uses three-tier (B/S) structure in development, and Java as the development language, SQL Server 2000 as the background database, Tomcat as Web Server. This thesis addressed the subject’s research, systems analysis, design, development, testing, installation and specification amply.
