Abstract
A novel dual Boost/dual Buck AC-AC converter which is very suitable for the variable-frequency power system of airplane (360Hz-800Hz) is proposed in this paper. It is constructed by directly connection of a dual Boost rectifier and a dual Buck inverter which inherit the merits of high reliability and efficiency of them for no hidden danger of shoot-through and no freewheeling current flows through the body diodes of power switches. The operational principle and control method are briefly talked about first; then the meth od of designing inductors is deduced, also the principle of choosing DC bus voltage and capacitors are proposed. At last, a 1KW laboratory prototype is designed. Both experimental and simulation results verified the validity of the presented circuit.
摘要:新型双Boost/Buck AC-AC变换器非常适合于飞机的变频式电力系统(360Hz-800Hz)进行了论述。它直接连接双Boost 整流器和双Buck 逆变器,继承了他们的高可靠性和高效率,没有隐藏的、没有自主击穿的电流通过电源开关的体二级管。首先,简要讨论工作原理及其控制方法;然后,推导电感器的设计方法,也知道选择直流母线电压和电容的原理。最后,设计出1KW实验室原型。实验和仿真结果都证明了提出的电路有效性。
