随着世界经济的发展,现在的制造业已经不像福特汽车那样,大批量生产一种黑色T型车的生产模式,市场的决定权开始由卖方转移到买方,制造业逐渐向客户化、多品种小批量的模式发展。而在多品种小批量的生产方式下,研究企业的产能,准确把握瓶颈资源,平衡生产能力可以为企业决策提供依据。高德拉特博士提出的约束理论是一整套简单、容易明白和接受的法则,简单到甚至接近“常识”的地步。它可以为多品种小批量型企业当前所面临的困境提供解决的方法。
本文概述了TOC理论的要点及精密锻造企业的特点,针对国内大多数企业没有丰田公司那样雄厚的资金去实现信息化和准时制,在实施ERP和精益生产都遇到了困难,引入TOC约束理论可以为没有太多资金的中小型企业解决难题。并结合实例对精密锻造企业当前生产能力分析,运用TOC理论从中找出制约有效生产能力的瓶颈因素,对现状提出基于DBR控制方法的改进模型,并对改进的效果做出了预测,得出可以简化生产排程、提高企业有效产出、减少库存、降低企业运营费用的改进方法,为多品种小批量的精密锻造企业当前生产能力不足的问题提出了解决方案。

RESEARCH ON PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF PRECISION FORGING ENTERPRISE BASED ON TOC
ABSTRACT
As the development of global economy, modern manufacture industry is no longer like the Ford Motor Company which once mass produced one type of cars, Model T, merely. Now, the power of decision has transferred from manufacturers to customer, and manufacturing industry is developing as the model of customization and high m ix and low volume. Under multi-product and small lot-size environment, research on capacity of company, identification of bottleneck resource and balance throughput can offer foundation for enterprise decision. TOC (Theory of Constrains), proposed by doctor Goldratt, is a set of theorem which is simple and easy to understand. TOC is able to provide SMEs solution to against existent predicament.
This article stated the main point of TOC and the feature of PRECISION FORGING ENTERPRISE. In view of the present situation that most company had difficulty in executing ERP and LP in our country, for the shortage of founds. TOC was introduced to solve the difficulty of SMEs which have no much founds. And an example was presented to analyze the capacity of PRECISION FORGING ENTERPRISE. Bottleneck resource which interacted on the effective throughout can be found out and propound refined model based on DBR. Predicting the effect of improvement and searching the solution of simple scheduling, increase effective throughout, reduce stock and operating expenses. This paper formulated an action plan to solve the problem that current production capacity of precision forging enterprise is insufficient.
