摘 要
高等学校题库设计与成卷系统是实现高等学校教考评分开的重要软件，为了能适应各院系不同的出题要求，借鉴以往题库开发经验，成功地VFP环境下开发了本题库系统。
系统的题型、章节及难度的任意分层设置，利用OLE 技术和系统剪贴板解决了图形与文字的结合问题，使题库适应构建多学科的需要。
题库中的试题在任何时间都允许进行增删改，创建的试卷以Word文档格式生成，方便用户排版和打印。
投入运行结果表明,抽取随机、无法预知、快速组卷，克服了试卷中的人为因素，增强了试卷的保密性。

Abstract
The test question database design and creating test paper system is an important software for separating the teaching evaluation from the exam evaluation. To satisfy various creating paper demands, the author develops this system successfully using the experiences of developing former similar systems for reference of other designers.
This system introduces the question type, the chapter and the difficulty as parameters for the test questions. To resolve the problem of combining the graphs and the characters, the OLE technology is used, together with the system clipboard, making the system meeting the demands of creating library systems of multi subjects.
All the test questions in the database can be modified at any time, and users can append a new question into the database or remove one from the database as they wish. The paper generated is saved as the MS Word .doc type, which is convenient for users to adjust the pages and to print.
