摘要：物质资料是企业生产的重要物质条件。一个企业的生产过程，同时也是各种物资的使用和消费过程。搞好物资管理，对于保证和促进生产、加速资金周转、节约物资消耗、降低产品成本和提高经济效益等有着重要意义。在社会生产力和科学技术高度发展的今天，企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中保持发展，就要在管理思想、管理组织、管理方法、管理手段和管理人才等方面实现现代化。管理手段现代化的核心是电子计算机的应用，并且通过计算机建立各种自动化管理系统。物资管理手段包括物流手段和信息流手段两个方面。在物资管理方面，企业利用电子计算机智慧和控制物流的全过程，使物资的包装、装卸、存取等作业由机械化过渡到自动化。在信息管理方面，电子计算机不但能存储和处理大量数据，而且可以进行手工劳动无法胜任的预测、模拟、优化、决策等工作。运用电子计算机进行管理有许多优点，例如计算速度快、精确度高、分析能力强等。是否使用计算机进行管理已经成为衡量一个企业物资管理现代化水平高低的重要标志。因此，建立现代化的计算机物资管理系统已经成为现代企业基础建设的一个重要方面。

Abstract: Material resource is an important material condition of a company. The manufacturing procedure of a company is the using and consuming procedure at the same time. It is significant to manage material resource well for ensuring and increasing manufacture, expediting foundation revolve, saving material resource, cutting the cost of production and enhancing economic behalf. Nowadays, in which the sociable productivity and science technology are high developed, if a company want to keep developing in such a competitive day, it should modernize management mentation, management method, management way and talented man of management. The core of management way is the application of computer, and build all kinds of automation management systems by computer. Material resource management way includes material flow way and information way. In material flow management, a company use computer to instruct and control the whole procedure, in order to make the packaging, fixation, storage and output of material resource mechanization to automation. In information management, computer not only can store and handle a great deal of data, but also can predict, simulate, determine and so on. There are a lot of good to manage material resource by computer, for example, rapid and accurate computing, true analysing and so on. Computer management have been a important sign of modernization level of material resource management in a company. Therefore, to build modernizing computer material resource management systems is an important aspect of basic construction in modern company.

Abstract: Material resource is an important material condition of a company. The manufacturing procedure of a company is the using and consuming procedure at the same time. It is significant to manage material resource well for ensuring and increasing manufacture, expediting foundation revolve, saving material resource, cutting the cost of production and enhancing economic behalf. Nowadays, in which the sociable productivity and science technology are high developed, if a company want to keep developing in such a competitive day, it should modernize management mentation, management method, management way and talented man of management. The core of management way is the application of computer, and build all kinds of automation management systems by computer. Material resource management way includes material flow way and information way. In material flow management, a company use computer to instruct and control the whole procedure, in order to make the packaging, fixation, storage and output of material resource mechanization to automation. In information management, computer not only can store and handle a great deal of data, but also can predict, simulate, determine and so on. There are a lot of good to manage material resource by computer, for example, rapid and accurate computing, true analysing and so on. Computer management have been a important sign of modernization level of material resource management in a company. Therefore, to build modernizing computer material resource management systems is an important aspect of basic construction in modern company.
