中国加入WTO以来,面对国外保险公司的不断冲击,中国保险行业面对前所未有的挑战,在不断竞争的过程中问题多多,其中以人力资源规划方面的问题最为严重。本文主要从中国保险业的企业战略和人力资源规划的角度入手,介绍我国保险业在人力资源规划方面存在的问题,以中国人保寿险为例提出具体的解决方案并阐述我国现在保险业的企业战略和人力资源规划的发展方向。
