高校学籍管理系统是一个辅助高校工作人员对学生信息进行管理及维护的系统。它应用计算机在数据处理和数据整理保存方面的优异性能，帮助工作人员提高工作的效率、减少出错情况。同时还能提供快速的查询、检索功能以及按要求进行对学生信息的打印功能。
本文从计算机系的实际情况出发，在用户需求分析的基础上，提出高校学籍管理系统的基本目标，并阐述系统的结构设计和功能设计，对高校学籍管理系统具有参考价值。
